one misperception about Jews

is that they are always in the dark room trying to "rule" the world,

some maybe, just like with any other race, from Hilter to Osama to even Mao as he attempted to "output revolution" in 60s,

the success of Jews, imho, rely not only grand schemes, but on some very basic and tediously plain ideas: make a good living, make a good family.

in countries where trade and commerce are valued higher, they became diamond dealers. In US, they became lawyers, doctors, (check your yellow page), and then money managers and politicians.

Before Jewish fund managers stole more limelight, "Jewish lawyer" had probably earned its name. There is one time I was sitting on a table as the seller of a house, and the buyer side, an Indian girl, hired this 30-something Jewish lawyer. He spent more than one hour, calling title search agencies etc to make sure every items on my reported are clear and clean, even I appear to be one of those more innocent and law-abiding kind of group I guess. I was so impressed because it never happened to any Chinese lawyers I had.

And there are Jewish "failures" too. Many struggles to find or sustain a good middle-class life.

So, taking a step back, when we look through the smoke, what makes Jewish a successful race are those common, basic elements: practical, no nonsense, focused, hard working, productive, and work within a system.

they are not something only the Jewish people have. In fact any successful races or nations all have them. From Silicon Valley to German to Japan to Korea to Taiwan to ShenZhen to ZheJiang to many many towns or places or groups of people, in China and in the world.

Winning, and winners, are universal.
