looking forward to 2007, I still have the bias to overweight Chinese investment grade stocks, and under-weight Chinese real estate, even after this year's stunning performance in Chinese stock market.
My reason is simple, it's too easy to manufacturing those concrete condos than creating another truly fundamentally important national company. Quite some still have PE in teens. If one takes a long perspective, say 5 or 10 years, there are still quite some potentials to the upside.
