QQQQ chart, 2006/09/08, breakdown-retest?

it's fairly clear why DL took her chances,

today has a chance to be like 7/11 (circled), breakdown then retest, if Monday we confirm the downtrend, hell,

there is one silver line though in that mid-term MA is trending up as of now while trending down back on 7/11,
