德式蘋果蛋糕--附做法

嚐試了一下德式蘋果蛋糕 (Apple Kuchen) 烤之前

 
出爐的樣子,不像一般的蛋糕...


切一塊,蘋果酸酸甜甜的,底下的蛋糕還比較鬆軟,趁熱吃,不錯喲.


kuchen
2-3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 eggs
4-5 medium apples, peeled, cut into 1/2 inch slices

topping
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened

In large bowl, combine 1 c flour, 1/3 c sugar, salt and yeast; blend well. In small saucepan, heat milk and 1/4 c margarine until warm. Add warm liquid and eggs to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

By hand, stir in remaining 1 to 2 cup flour until dough pulls cleanly away from sides of bowl. Grease 13X9 inch pan. Press dough in to pan. Arrange apple slices in rows on top of dough. In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients; blend well. Sprinkle topping evenly over apples. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise in warm place until light, about 45-60 minutes.

Heat over to 375F. Uncover dough. Bake 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender. Serve warm.
