最近剛剛通過candidacy exam, 老板發信讓我休息，嗬嗬，多好的老板！

John and I recognize that you worked very hard preparing for the candidacy
exam, so we invite you to rest for the next few days.
Don't worry about having things to show us this Friday -- during that
meeting we will focus on issues that arose during the candidacy exam.
Of course, if you have already done work that you want to present
to us Friday, that's fine. But don't go to any extra trouble in the
next 2 days to get something done for Friday.
