我們都知道民主是個好東西,但是大家有想過民主是怎麽發展來的嗎? 民主不光是一個概念,也不僅僅是管理國家的一種形式,那更是一種傳統,一種社會價值觀和一種行為模式。回頭看西方人的民主,其實也飽含艱辛乃至血淚,同時民主也需要不斷曆練和提升.
值得注意的是東西方的發展之路是不同的.在談論民主時,我們不能拋開經濟才是根本.當一個國家的人民飯都吃不飽時,民主相比之下也就不那麽重要了.再者,民主之所以被許多人所推崇,其實背後有著重要的經濟動因和經濟支撐.
再有一點,我們也不能因為中國實行的是共產黨領導下的多黨合作就說她不民主,民生和民權才是民主的根本.

其實這正是我要說的,台灣的民主不盡人意之處,不是民主本身的問題,而是參與者和參與組織本身素質有待提高的問題.
也就是說,民主製度不是拿來就可以的,民眾的素質不行,文化傳統不合拍,民主在實施過程中就困難重重。
在一個傳統文化厚重的國家,民主之路是艱難的。

其實君憲和共和製國號與民主製度實質無關.我們能看到打著君憲旗子的專製也能看到打著共和旗子的專製. 台灣實現民主製度隻有二十多年的曆史.有不完善的地方,但終究是民主製度. 又有誰能說哪國的民主製度最完美最算標準呢?
何況台灣在實現民主的今天存在的一些問題並不是民主製度的問題,而是參與者和參與組織本身素質有待提高的問題.

我不是單單依據這個排行表打引號的,但我同意27位後的國家都有flaw,法國,我沒有仔細想過,但意大利,以色列我絕對給他們引號,甚至問好。法國也沒好到哪裏。
我還是看重民主的靈魂——自由和平等——自己爭取自己的自由和平等,同時尊重他人的平等自由。破壞這兩點,就不配真正的民主。 當然肯定台灣的民主形式,同時對台灣的民主精神賦予更高的期望,也關注未來走向,希望不要步辛亥後塵,不要步菲律賓後塵。

給flawed打一個引號問題在哪裏呢?
我講的民主的存在形式,你反駁不了,拿幾個台灣的賄選,證明台灣不是真民主。我們加拿大大選是不是還有政黨和候選人在投票前突擊發展黨員的事?是不是有議員甚至政府要員受賄的事?照你的說法,加拿大就不是民主社會了?誰說過民主社會就是十全十美了?
