本貧民在美國南加,如果隻是追求舒適方便的程度,請大家指導哪些UPGRADE 需要BUILDER 做,哪些自己找人做便宜。

3 CAR GARAGE COULD BE UPGRADED TO 2 CAR GARAGE + 1 DEN DOWNSTAIRS,I THINK I WILL ASK BUILDER TO DO UPGRADE。
HALF BATHROOM DOWNSTAIRS,I AM NOT SURE IF IT IS COSTY TO ADD A BATHTAB。
ONLY FEW LIGHT IN KITCH DOWNATAIRS。NO LIGHT IN THE UPSTAIRS ROOMS。I HIRED SOMEONE TO ADD ACCESS LIGHT ON MY CURRENT ROOMS UPSTAIRS, 90DOLLARS/LIGHT,人可以轉到ATTIC TO 拉線FOR UPSTAIRS。 BUT IT WILL COST MORE TO ADD LIGHT IN THE ROOM DOWNSTAIRS。燈的問題我很關注,不想住到處插台燈的黑房子。請指導

如果兩人都工作,還是多付點錢買房是UPGEADE,特別是有小孩的.有時時間和精力比錢還貴,不如多話點錢省力.
