How to advertisement:
1. Give all the important details:job title, objective and key responsibilities
2. Don't make generalization, be specific: salary range, work hours, holiday entitlements
3. Give a brief description of your organization and what it does
4. Give the reader a clear course of action: a number to phone for an application form, address to write to
5. Give a closing date for applications.
