Chinese Internet Addict Makes Fourth Attempt at College

It is estimated that about one-third of China's 120 million Internet users are young men who hang out at Internet bars.

Apparently, not all of those boys are stupid...well, not test stupid.

One boy, passed his college entrance exams for the fourth time. The first three times he ended up dropping out of school for not studying. He was at the Internet Cafe.
