小房東，沒辦法凡事親曆親為。昨天租客打電話說空調，cooler不工作了。
星期六一早也沒賴床纏綿一下的。_(a)屁顛屁顛的就去了。今天搞了一天，在100度的太陽下辛勤的工作了幾個小時！
到房子一看，空調風扇都不轉，檢查保險，果然一個保險燒了，開車直奔lowe\'s.換上保險，風扇開轉，還是不冷。估計是Freaon不夠了，沒工具測試，暫時放棄。

估計（道聽途說）2009大部分日子股市房市都不會太好。所以2009年的計劃：
1.股市401k采用sometechnicalanalysis.IfMovingaverage不好的話，隻購買governmentbonds,andmoneymarket.10％買naturalresources。buyandhold,應該是Greedy花姐騙大家的吧。以前的457，403的考慮看來都是錯誤的。現在完全停止投入。考慮別的business.Instockmarket,diversification證明不是完全正確的.今年是－40％。前兩年的return全回去了。<[閱讀全文]

由於機緣關係，我了解這個non-for-profitorganization,Books-for-ChinaFunds.
而且前幾天這裏的XDJM提到了給美國的組織捐錢。把這個帖子放在這裏，希望有緣人捐款或者捐書，不論多少。捐款主要的用途是郵費：把美國的書運回中國。一切捐款均可合法減稅。

國內的房子這麽貴，可是租金很低。我的估計是negativecashflowforatleast50%,那麽不是有很多的泡沫嗎？除非有很大的升值空間，可是長遠來看，國內人的錢還是可以有很多出路的，比如投資外國的房產和股市。
