我以前以為是烤紅薯皮，心想把紅薯煮熟，蒸熟再把皮剝下來應該挺費功夫的。原來不是紅薯皮，是用紅薯澱粉做的寬粉皮，包上餡（豬肉，蝦，雞爪，蔬菜等可選），刷上燒烤辣醬，烤熟以後就可以吃了。

記得以前回國的時候在火車站裏麵吃過這家連鎖店的牛肉粉，味道真心不錯，湯料，牛肉，米粉都非常地道。可惜在美國吃不到這家連鎖店的加州牛肉麵。。。

昨天是耶穌受難節（GoodFriday）。昨晚參加了教會的GoodFridayservice，思想主耶穌在被釘十字架前為每一個像我這樣的罪人忍受鞭打羞辱，聖潔神羔羊在十字架上為我流血舍命，承擔了我一切的罪債和刑罰，使我罪得赦免，不禁感動得淚流滿麵。
