今天介紹的這個健身法，就是推腹法。
推腹，顧名思義就是推肚子，用手指、手掌、拳頭皆可，由心窩向下推到小腹。
簡單吧，但是我還要對您苦口婆心，反複強調，這可是最好的健身法。千萬不要因其簡單而忽略，那樣您真是把天上掉下的餡餅當牛糞了。
