1. Purpose of This Agreement
This contract sets expectations for responsible cell phone use. It is meant to encourage healthy habits, ensure academic responsibilities are prioritized, and foster trust between us.
2. Ownership & Responsibility

The phone is owned by the parent(s) and provided as a privilege, not a right.

The privilege may be limited or removed if the terms of this agreement are not followed.
3. Academic First Policy

I agree that all homework, assignments, and study commitments must be completed each day before using the phone for entertainment or social media.

I understand that school comes first, and I will manage my time wisely to earn my phone use.
4. General Phone Use Rules

I will take care of my phone, keeping it charged, clean, and safe.

5. Time & Location Guidelines

If I break this agreement, I understand that consequences may include:
