孩子有一份工作，踏踏實實地做，一步一步成長

我們栽花栽好了，現在是看花的時候。

大兒子在公司工作滿一年了，公司做評定很滿意。給他升了兩檔工資。

這樣做下去就好，過幾年很快成為技術骨幹，可以帶新人了。
