更新

孩子找工作就算告一段落了，還算是比較運氣，這個月就畢業了。這些更新放一起給大家參考。希望孩子們都順順利利的。

1， 大廠1， match 新年後開始， 四月中旬開始有二個team match , 這個星期收到offer。

今天2月：
1， 大廠1， match 新年後開始還沒有消息， 上個星期follow 了， 在等
2， 大廠2， 幾個星期前收到麵試邀請， 上個星期麵試， 4個小時， 3輪，有 Leet code 中級水平題目， 說是10分鍾就做出來了， 還有二道實際解決問題的，其中一道比較難。同時有behavior 問題。 這個星期收到offer ， 是大城市。
3，中廠， 上個月最後manager麵試 應該沒什麽問題， 但是一個星期後說沒有offer
4， 2 個start up， 都收到offer?

感覺找工作運氣也是很重要。

小中男2025畢業，洲大CS， 一直有實習， 成績一般， GPA 3.7 多一點。 最後實習的公司明年不招人。今年十月開始緊鑼密鼓找工作， 投了180+份簡曆， 15+ online assessment ， 有做的好的也有差的, 11月開始主攻LeetCode, 至今加上去年有一搭沒一搭的一共做了150+ 題，
1 大廠（ 網上apply as NG) 4-5輪Coding 考試， 進入最後match
1 中廠， （校招） ， 幾輪 coding， 進入最後麵試階段
1 start up （校招）, 2輪coding, 最後onsite結束，等待中
目前感覺計算機找工作還是要實力做題很重要。還有就是不要放棄堅持找堅持做題。
