sibling 申請問題

1.如果前麵的孩子申請錄取了， 但選擇不去（非ED）， 會影響後麵sibling申請同一所大學嗎？

2.如果背景/數據差不多，悲劇的或者FA不好的學校是不是不用申請了？這樣精力用在開辟新的學校。

3.sibling申請同一所學校，私校會有優勢嗎？公校呢？
