請問Emory和Case Western（學費半獎）應該怎麽選，北方女娃想學醫

各種考慮，治安，環境，教學質量，是否容易選課，是否容易交朋友。還有當前這情況，funding cut什麽的。萬一堅持不下去也要考慮退路Emory比Case排名高所以也是糾結，唉。先謝謝大家給意見了
