年輕人

兒子做IB大半年了。小中男大一、大二進不了DEI 或woman program，做IB基本上是拿不到實習機會的，他僅大三實習後水平可能比不上那些大一至大三都做IB實習的學生的。最近MD告訴他，當時實習時，Senior們很看好他。現在努力工作小有回饋。他的認識是，如果是好學校的女生，good looking，academic strong, decent amount of networking, 進IB基本上就是given。IB行業，小中女out number小中男三至五倍。
