ME: I applied to 100+ internships opportunities, I still haven't heard back for an interview.
COMPU E: I’ve probably applied to 200+ positions as well and only got responses from a handful (no offers :/ )
BSIE, MSIE: my guy I applied to 802 positions and got 4 interviews resulting in 2 offers
OLD GRADUATE: Startups have lots of inflated fake job postings to give an illusion of active growth but will never actually hire any applicants.
AAE 2026: Market is rough rn
AAE: Aero here. I know aero is already bad for internships, but I haven’t gotten anything either
Business Management: I’m fortunate.
I applied for 2 this summer back at home and had an offer to continue my current one through the summer. Ended up getting interviews for both, got the one I wanted, and then declined the one I was interviewing for.
This is all just because I talked to the right people at the right times.
