Honestly those tables are kind of bunk. Practically Princeton doesn’t give course credit for AP classes/exams, or any other exams (there may be a couple exceptions, but it’s not common). However, you can often use your knowledge to place out of classes you otherwise would have to take at Princeton. For example, you can skip the AB language requirement if you take a proficiency Spanish exam. And I skipped over my major’s General Chemistry requirements by taking a test similar to a summarized AP Chem exam. Even then, I didn’t get “course credit” for those courses, I just didn’t have to take them.
