8年級孩子初中公校，準備高中上私校，夏天的時候算公校還是私校

有一個笨笨的問題請教一下大家，主要因為孩子想要上一個county 辦的summer camp，是不是8年級畢業之後孩子就不在公校係統了，是不是就不能去報名county 辦的camp了？
