Don't over blow the racial profiling. My wife and me are in

this industry for >20 years. It's usually not super easy (compared to CS over the past few years) to get a job fresh out of college, especially as an undergrad. The industry has always been cyclical. The industry has a greater preference for an MS/PhD than many other industries. Many ABCs in this industry are doing well on the corporate ladders (Boeing, NASA, etc.). It may take more time and patience this year for 波大's son to land his first job.
