請教關於娃開退休賬戶的問題

娃暑假要做十四周intern，應該能掙到他人生第一個一萬美元。我們是想著他賺的錢就留著將來自己用，這錢是開一個退休賬戶存起來投資還是普通投資賬戶存取方便一點，畢竟他年輕，後麵用錢的地方挺多的。

請前輩們指點一下，先謝了。
