請教學校選擇

加州小中女 成績一般 錄了UIUC-data science, UCR-statistics (BS+MS), UCSC-technology information system.

UC 是州內學費，但UIUC 學費也是可以承擔的。UCR 離家最近。

我們要求不高，希望孩子能開開心心讀個比較好的大學和專業，請教大家，哪一個比較好。
