選校請教：Case Western CE vs. Umass Amherst CE

我家熊娃是麻州內，另外還收到BU computer engineering 的 guaranteed transfer.  他想一年後轉到BU，或申請其他學校。但目前還是得在Case Western 和 Umass Amherst 之間選一個先上著。希望各位大俠的建議。謝謝！
