這個真是不懂怎麽interpret 了

Do not get me wrong, I respect Cornell. 但是，這個Cornel 30 分得C的例子，真是不懂怎麽interpret 了？

總共768 學生。 

要麽：（1） Cornell 教授很tough, 大多數學生都考不及格 （raw score before curving). 可是，如果真的tough, 那不能最後Curve 成大多數人都過了這門課，最後， only 45 /768 人 failed the class, ~~ 5.9% of class 得了D &F， 對吧？

Or， 要麽： 

(2) 大多數學生都沒達到這個 Cornell Prof. 的要求， （say > 60/100 raw score)

Or,  要麽，

（3） This Prof. 不會設計考題，使得 考題失去了出題設計的初衷。
