老大的二麵有成功可能嗎？

一小時，跟技術部門頭的，前麵是考試編程，老大說很簡單。後麵聊老大的幾個項目，最後領導誇了他本科能做那麽難的項目，但又說老大的項目太偏理論。一個小時麵試基本用完，也沒多，也沒少。 這是可能還是不可能啊 ？
