這地方就是普一點的娃/家庭不管從哪個方向都沒有突破口來證明自己存在的價值。。。

 

as someone who goes to gunn and thought about suicide seriously multiple times….i bike across the cal train and when my mental health was bad i would seriously contemplate just biking onto it. the mindset i had was that it felt liberating and freeing from all of the hard classes and terrible teachers i had during the time along with the bad social ambience between students in the high school. the parental expectation to do better, the resentment you feel towards yourself, the hatred and jealousy of those who are richer, smarter, happier —- it all just compounds. its always hard to accept that you will never be the best at anything but it’s even harder when there actually are people who are “the best” regionally or even nationally who go to your school.
