華人上說"現在幾乎所有的 engineering 專業都比 CS 好找工作，

而且過程是比較輕鬆愉快的，根本不會像 CS 找工作投幾百上千份簡曆，

然後 interview 過程幾輪電麵加幾輪 on site，考個底兒掉脫層皮。

 

當然這並不是說美國 engineering 專業需求最近些年有了大的提升，

是因為學的人不多，學起來也比較苦和累難度一般高於 CS，

需求一直是有的所以工作不難找；這些行當一般也是需本科開始科班出身的，

其他專業隔行如隔山基本不可能如CS半路出家進入"
