CMU關於這個 financial aid 的問題怎麽回答？

“If Carnegie Mellon is not able offer you financial assistance, how would you intend to finance your Carnegie Mellon education?”

可以說自己貸款嗎？ 但是 loan 不也屬於大學  financial aid 的一部分嗎？還是 自己貸款不屬於大學的 financial aid ？
