求選校建議

國內親戚小孩申請cs碩士拿到四所學校offer: Rice MCS,  JHU MSE program in Electrical and Computer Science (Whiting), NYU Tandon MSCE, USC ECE Machine Learning and Data Science.

小孩主要在Rice MCS和JHU MSECS糾結，請版裏各位AO多給點建議，多謝。
