請教有經驗的家長， 有哪些大學是報考的時候不用定專業的？

是不是以下的大學(紅字)，  報考的時候不用定專業， 專業可以上到大二時再 declare

所以的 常青藤， 文理學院，Stanford,  U Chicago, Duke

而除此之外的大學 （比如 Northwestern, 所有的州大， 等）， 進去後 再轉專業就不是那麽隨意的事情了？
