本科生隻要proof of insurance, 研究生才要mandatory insurance. 查到了費用，隻有￥172student health fee. 但還是不明白為什麽繳費了還說不eligible. 當然應該隻是個例，不知道他們什麽搞錯了。 謝謝大家指點哈
