天生的領導，不怒自威。各種刺兒頭，都變成順毛驢兒。

公司reorg，有人歡喜有人愁，難得的是個個服氣。

一東歐美女，很傲氣的，一向不服他人，包括她的manager。LD跟她談完，要掉眼淚了，感激涕零的。關鍵是談的都是相當直接的批評意見。
