我的理解EECS = EE and CS department but EE and CS are

almost separate tracks. Does not mean EE students do not use coding or can not take CS classes. vice versa

EE track has classes that CS does not have like digital/analog circuits/circuit design, digital signal processing, EM, RF circuit, telecommunication, fiber optics, remote sensing,  semicondutor manufacturing basic, power transmission...
