誰讓你住市中心呀，沒有大城市的市中心是安全係數高的。實話說，加州黑人比例很低的，比東部低多了。西部住著美國最少的黑人人口

我現在在DC, Uber driver 很多黑人。對黑人印象改觀了不少。
