Full time return offer

我兒子的大老板對我兒子的intern 表現很滿意，他決定給他SWE return full time offer。我兒子表示他對business 和 management 更感興趣，問他是否可以給他 management position offer? 他大老板要他抓緊時間和各個部門的領導談，盡快在這幾星期定下來，但公司最後隻能給出一個 return offer,要他想清楚。我兒子目前專業方向還沒有定，所以工作很辛苦，business, consultant， SWE，lawschool都有可能，也許會先business 再讀MBA。我們也無法給他好的建議。
