高院的opinion有二百多頁，這句挺關鍵

“Nothing in this opinion should be construed as prohibiting universities from considering an applicant’s discussion of how race affected his or her life, be it through discrimination, inspiration or otherwise. 看來以後大學會用種族題目的 essay 來招生。可以預見將來會有新的官司可打
