UCSD or UCI (Cell Bio)

In May my daughter committed to UCI Bio .
 
But last Wednesday, she was off the waiting list of UCSD and the deadline to accept is today.
 
But, last night, she told us that she is too familiar with UCSD and she wants to explore another city,  UCSD is too close to home.
 
Her dad and I told her the city shouldn't be the first concern.  As UCSD molecular and cell biology ranked 8th in the world, it will have a strong faculty team, research opportunities, job opportunities, and development. Also, there are  Institute near UCSD and a lot of Bio companies near UCSD. It is easy to find internships and job opportunities.
 
 
While UCI Biology ranked 32 in the world and fewer intern opportunities .
 
大家覺得呢， 已經和孩子說了很久了， 她還是堅持她的選擇。還有什麽辦法嗎？
UCSD 校園正在施工， 看上去沒有UCI 整潔有規劃
UC開始的時候waitinglist 發很多， 都選了宿舍了， 又要換。
