Penn CS is 2nd class citizen at Penn (Wharton is first-class)
Job prospect: EECS wins over Penn CS (for tech jobs). Hands down.
Cost: huge difference. Save the $150k for something else. May even use as seed fund for a startup?
Location: UCB is so much better than Penn (for tech jobs)
Rep: Berkeley (undergraduate) is pretty much at mid-ivy level. For graduate school, UCB has better rep than Penn.
