請教各位：GT和密大安娜堡的CS(OOS) 如何選擇？

加拿大女孩，想學HCI（人機對話）專業。收到 GT 和密大安娜堡的CS offers。二所大學各有優點： GT CS排名高（HCI專業領先安娜堡）， 學費低；而安娜堡的Reputation 好， Networking 棒， 有非stem的資源，可以結交非理工科學生。 
作為家長考慮孩子今後的就業機會和學費，孩子則有傾向於Networking。
正在糾結如何引導孩子選擇哪個大學， 望各位賜教，謝謝！
