回饋紫檀：州立大學merit based scholarships

以下是知道的不完全列表（基本都是證實有人拿到的，而且不是大牛娃，但應該GPA4左右，SAT 1550 左右）。都是給外州CS的，也希望大家補充

UMass - Amerhest : 16K/ year 

Purdue - 10K/year (CS 極少有人拿到）

ASU - 10K- 25K/year?

UMD - 12.5K/year to full ride (B/K)

UMN - 10K to 25K /year

Umich - 20K(網友補充，估計很難拿）

UT - ?

GT - ?

UWisc - ?

UNC - Full ride (網友補充，估計很難拿）

UW - 4.6K/year (pre-science)

USC - half tuition for NMF (這個是私立）
