should we be concerned if teenager has laptop open while sleepin

Found two nights in a row that my son is sleeping with laptop next to him in bed. The laptop is open with a video stopped. I went to his room at 3am and 5am and saw this.

Tried to talk to him to put his electronics outside his bedroom before going to bed. He refused. He is a teenager and is quite strong.
