My sons can go to the military, then they can choose what they want to do. Lots of people in our town choose to join the Army or Air Force after high school. My older son wants to do that too.
My daughter is another story. I hope she can go to a good college near us, not the places that are super faraway, just going to the NC triangles is good, Duke, UNC Chaple Hill, NC state, even ECU. She can choose the Air Force if she wants to find a tech job with free training. Well, a lot people live just fine without college. It's just a life to live., college or not. There's no actual difference: you find a job, get married, have children, get old, die. All the same.
