Portfolio Requirements:

Art, music, dance, and film submissions should be sent through SlideRoom by the application deadline. STEM research should be submitted through the STEM Research Supplement form on the Yale Admissions Status Portal, available after an application has been received. The deadline to submit STEM research is November 6 for Single-Choice Early Action and January 8 for Regular Decision.

 

It just requires to fill out the duration of the research and the information of the mentor.
