“It really started in 2015, we saw the timeline for financial services moving towards the fall of junior year, and then last summer we saw it move to the summer before junior year, and now suddenly we’re seeing it in the spring,” Dames said. “The silver lining of this situation is that this is a very good hiring market for students coming out of Yale. 二年級春天要申請3年級夏天的實習。那麽1年級的夏天就需要有些東西了，如果啥finance經驗都沒有，怎麽在競爭中脫穎而出？
