以前油管上有一個小中女post一個video, 說FB的performance review很toxic

這給video我現在找不到了。但是下麵這一段大致描述了一下：

The information gathered in this system, as well as the feedback collected from three to five close colleagues in peer reviews, is what managers use to determine each employee’s performance at the biannual review.

就是誰都能看見誰幹了啥，記錄在案感到壓力山大。幹了沒多久就辭職了。
