Why HMS tops?  The class is just way smaller and more selective.

Most H醫 and H法 students have stellar GPAs from elite undergraduate schools.

HBS has a more diverse student body, some with quite random background.

The prestige of H研(non醫法商) depends on the field/program. Some Ph.D. programs are among the best and most selective in the world.
