請問：UC Berkeley 和 Vandy， 社會科學方向。 選哪一個？

萬能的紫檀：幫國內的親戚問：UC Berkeley &和 Vandy, 國內小留，男娃， 高中在美國讀的， 想往社會科學方向發展，本科後會接著讀碩士。哪個比較好些？
