什麽隊形？怎麽保持？那我也來說一個。

自從閨女回來了，每天都能喝她做的smoothie.  今天還做了 grilled chicken salad with pesto sauce, 一邊做，一邊自我吹噓：So yummy!  This is the best idea I have ever had.  

戒嚴的日子好像也是廚師成才的機會。真是：Every cloud has a silver lining.
